RSS stands for “Really Simple Syndication.” It is a format for delivering regularly changing web content. Many news-related sites, weblogs and other online publishers syndicate their content as an RSS Feed to whoever wants it.

RSS solves a problem for people who regularly use the web. It allows you to easily stay informed by retrieving the latest content from the sites you are interested in. You save time by not needing to visit each site individually.

You can receive and view RSS feeds in a multitude of ways. The two most common are:
1) receive our RSS feed by e-mail (click on “subscribe by email” in the upper right); and
2) receive our RSS feed into a “feed reader” of which there are many. This option is best if you expect to subscribe to several RSS feeds so you can read them all in one place.
