Profile: Jay has almost 15 years of experience in public accounting beginning with Arthur Andersne in 1994. A native Texan and graduate of Texas Christian University, Jay began working with not-for-profit organizations when he joined RCO in 2001. He has worked with religious organizations, private foundations, cultural organizations and private schools. Jay also serves on the board of directors at Casa Manana, and is chairman of the finance committee at McKinney Memorial Bible Church. Jay and his wife Tracey and their two sons live in Fort Worth.
