According to John Maxwell, when you reach out with passion an individual is usually met with passion. On a personal level, how would you rate your passion from 1 to 5?
Personally I am a five most of the time.
In Maxwell’s 21 Indispensable Qualities of a Leader, Papa John’s Pizza grew from 1 store to 46 stores in its first 7 years. How? PASSION.
In 1984 the founder not only ate his pizza but he breathed it, slept it and lived it. The founder emphasized, find what you do well and do it better than anyone.
So what makes individuals successful? What makes them a leader? Buy yourself a Valentine’s gift, and read the book.
